By booking with The Lakes Valeting And Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability
A Deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash and bank transfer.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate your request.

3. Weather Conditions

In the event of poor weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, high winds) we reserve the right to postpone or cancel services for safety and quality purposes.
If a package is started but must be stopped due to weather, you will only be charged for the services and treatments completed up to that point.

4. Access To Vehicle

customers must ensure we have safe and legal access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
if the vehicle is not accessible, the booking may be cancelled or call-fee may apply.

5. Vehicle Condition

Please remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment.
We cannot be held responsibble for lost, damaged, or missing items left in the vehicle.

7. Liability

We carry full insurance for public liability and damage caused by our staff.
we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage to your property or vehicle.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please inform us within 24 hours of completion. we will do our best to rectify any issues promptly.
Photos may be taken of the vehicle before and after service for quality assurance and social media (with no identifying personal data)

9. Drive-In Car Washes Disclaimer

We strongly advise against using automated or drive-in car washes, which can cause scratches, swirl marks, and damage to your vehicle's paintwork. Our services are designed to preserve and protect your vehicle using professional and safe methods.

10. Amendments

The Lakes Valeting & Detailing reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. customers will be notified of significant changes in advance.
